Thank you for showing interest in Fitado. Before assessing the terms and conditions, please note that they are subject to change at any time. Please review the terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Policies Regarding Placement of Orders:

  • In the instance of both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments, once an order has been paid for, it cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Shipping fee must be paid in advance for orders placed from outside of Dhaka. Order will be processed after shipping fee is paid.
  • After receiving confirmation from a Customer Care representative, orders for home delivery will be fulfilled.

Shipping Policy:

Our promise to you is timely, accurate, and damage-free delivery of your order. In light of this, please take note of our shipping guidelines:

  • Within Dhaka: Deliver within 3 business days
  • Delivery outside of Dhaka: within 5 business days
  • Inside Dhaka delivery charge is 60 Taka
  • Outside Dhaka Delivery charge is 120 taka

Please note that we partner with a shipping company for order delivery. Consequently, the shipping process is not entirely under our control. We apologize for any damage that may have occurred and promise to reimburse for it.

Inconsistencies in Color:

We’ve made every effort to ensure that the colors you see on the site are representative of the actual products. However, due to differences in monitor calibration, customer may still see discrepancies in color.

Pricing policy:

Due to a system issue, pricing information may contain a technical error. Fitado has the authority to cancel the order in such a scenario. We regret any inconveniences that may arise.
