The Return and Exchange Policy will apply in the following circumstances:
- In the instance that any of our products (including but not limited to): Product with visible defects and/or physical damage
- If Fitado sends the wrong products to the customer
- Product Lost in shipment
- In case of any technical error (incorrect order, improper deduction of payments, etc.)

Additionally, please take into consideration that,
- Prior to processing your return, we want a scanned copy or image of the invoice from the courier service you utilized.
- Fitado has the right to determine whether an item is eligible for a refund or exchange once it has been received.
- You cannot return or exchange any Product purchased during a Sale/Discount unless it was received in a damaged or defective condition.
